Nancy Chapman, R.D., MPH
One of the food and agricultural industry's most experienced and knowledgeable nutritionists and food policy consultants, Nancy Chapman plans and implements national food and commodity programs for the apple, soybean, and school lunch industries. Currently the President of N Chapman and Associates , she has also served as staff nutritionist for the House Committee on Agriculture, and has broad experience on marketing orders, federal nutrition programs, and consumer issues. She has completed work at the University of California, Northwestern, and Harvard Universities.
